gaROOda runs on Android. Play on your phone natively, or on Windows/Mac through an Android emulator.

⚠️ Test build (May 2026)

This is a rebranded test APK with new gaROOda icons. Uninstall any previous gaROOda build first — the signature is different so it cannot upgrade in place.

In-game text is still in the original Thai/Chinese for now. The English translation will be patched into the next build.

Installation Steps

  1. Download the APK using the button above (or scan the QR code from your phone).
  2. Open Settings → Security (or Apps → Special Access) and allow installs from unknown sources for your browser.
  3. Open the downloaded APK and tap Install.
  4. Launch the game. Wait for the initial resource download (~2 GB).
  5. On the login screen, sign in with your gaROOda account.

⚠️ ARM-only APK

gaROOda ships 32-bit ARM native libs only. Default x86 BlueStacks instances will refuse to install with "App isn’t compatible with your tablet".

Fix: use LDPlayer 9 (recommended — handles ARM out of the box), or in BlueStacks create a new instance via Multi-instance Manager → Pie 64-bit → CPU Architecture = ARM.

Play on Windows

Use an Android emulator. We recommend LDPlayer for the best balance of performance and game compatibility, or BlueStacks if you want the simplest setup.

Recommended PC specs

  • Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
  • CPU with virtualization (VT-x / AMD-V) enabled in BIOS
  • 8 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended)
  • 10 GB free disk for emulator + game data
  • Dedicated GPU recommended for smooth combat

Step-by-step

  1. Install your chosen emulator from the link above and launch it.
  2. Inside the emulator, open its App Player / Android home screen.
  3. Open the emulator's browser and visit https://cp.garooda.id/game_download on your Windows PC, then drag-and-drop the APK file onto the emulator window — or use the emulator's "Install APK" button if it has one.
  4. Wait for the install + initial resource download (~2 GB).
  5. Launch gaROOda and log in with your account.

Tip: in LDPlayer/BlueStacks settings, enable keyboard mapping to bind WASD/skills to keyboard keys. Set the resolution to 1280×720 or higher for crisp visuals.

Play on Mac

Most Windows-only emulators don't run on macOS. Your best options depend on your Mac chip:

  1. Install BlueStacks Air (free, Apple Silicon native).
  2. Once running, open its browser and download the APK from this page, or drag the APK onto the BlueStacks window.
  3. Launch gaROOda and log in.

💻 Intel Mac

Choices are narrower. Recommended options:

Note: Intel Mac performance for Android emulation is significantly slower than Apple Silicon or Windows. If your gameplay is choppy, lower the resolution in the emulator.

Step-by-step (any Mac)

  1. Install your chosen emulator from the link above.
  2. If macOS warns about an unidentified developer, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
  3. Inside the emulator, drag the downloaded APK onto the window, or use the emulator's Install APK button.
  4. Wait for resource download (~2 GB).
  5. Launch gaROOda and log in.

Troubleshooting

  • "App not installed" — uninstall any previous client first.
  • Stuck on resource download — check your network. The first launch downloads ~2 GB; switching networks mid-download may force restart.
  • Cannot connect to server — make sure your account is registered on this site, not the official Ragnarok M servers.
  • Emulator runs slowly — enable VT-x / AMD-V in BIOS (Windows), or lower the emulator's resolution and frame rate.
  • Black screen on launch — restart the emulator and clear the game's cache from the emulator app settings.
  • Other issues — reach a GM in-game or via your registered email.
